The Pastor of Congregational Care will provide pastoral leadership for the church’s care ministries,
ensuring that individuals and families experiencing seasons of need receive compassionate and
meaningful support. As a ¾ time role, this position will have a high degree of flexibility with which to
organize their schedule.
This pastor will help organize and strengthen existing care ministries while developing systems that
mobilize lay leaders and volunteers to participate in the ministry of care. The goal is to cultivate an
environment in which the church cares for one another faithfully, relationally, and sustainably.
This role reports to the Lead Pastor and collaborates closely with the ministry staff and volunteer leaders
throughout the church
The Production Leader exists to provide technical leadership, systems thinking, and team development in
service of Mount Pisgah’s mission of taking the hope of the Gospel to our neighbors. This role is responsible
for the health, execution, and long-term direction of all production systems that support weekend worship
services and key ministry environments.
This role is not a facilities manager and not an event coordinator by default. The Production Leader exists
to ensure that Sundays are prepared, repeatable, and calm, while building teams and systems that scale
beyond any one individual. The Production Leader leads people first, systems second, and services third.
The Executive Assistant exists to provide high-level administrative leadership, relational coordination, and strategic support to the Lead Pastor in service of Mount Pisgah’s mission of taking the hope of the Gospel to our neighbors.
