Kindergarten - 5th Grade
The Elementary Ministry is designed for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Through large group worship, small group study, and high energy midweek programming, we strive to teach children to Trust God, Choose Wisely, and Be Kind as they grow in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Our partnership with parents through special worship experiences, volunteer opportunities, and abundant resources encourages full family participation and faith growth.
Our Mission Statement:
The mission of Mount Pisgah Children’s Ministry is to guide children to grow in unwavering faith in Jesus and a deeper love for God and people.
Special Needs programming is available at 9:30 and 11:00 am and during Collide on Wednesday nights. A self-contained classroom and inclusion model to provide additional support are available.
Lauren Ray, Special Needs Coordinator, facilitates our Sunday morning and Wednesday evening environments to allow every child the ability to participate in children’s programming at a level that meets their needs. She has a Masters in Special Education and spent 9 years teaching students with a wide range of disabilities. She also participates in international mission work that supports special education teachers and orphans with disabilities every year. She would love to meet you and discuss how to help your child thrive at Mount Pisgah. Email Lauren at firstname.lastname@example.org.
June & July
June 6, 13, 20, 27, July 11, 18, 25 (Family Worship on July 4) | 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM | The Underground Amphitheatre
Grab some friends and meet us in The Underground Amphitheatre for water games and worship Sundays in June and July. Make sure to wear clothes and shoes that can get wet, and don’t forget your towel! It’s time to make a Splash!! If it storms, we will modify games and host games indoors in Studio A.
Q: What is it?!
A: Think alfresco worship in a water park. Ok so maybe not quite THAT involved but yes. We will be having a series of water games to start the morning, our regular worship led by Student Life speakers and volunteers, and a large group water game to conclude. All held in the Underground Amphitheater. And if it storms, we modify the games a little and host the whole thing in either Studio A or the Underground Amphitheater.
Q: Who can come?
A: All our usual K-6th grade children! BUT…because this is going to be so much fun, we want everyone to bring all their friends!
Grab friends! Grab your towels! Slather on the sunscreen and let's make a SPLASH!!
June 20 - 24 | Rising K - 6th Grade | Mount Pisgah Church
The heart of MEGA Sports Camp is to introduce kids to Jesus. That’s it. We use sports – something that kids are familiar with – as the way to share about Jesus. Throughout every day at camp, kids will sing songs, hear Bible stories, and then put what they learn into practice through fun, sports-based activities, and team huddles.

Classes run in five-week sessions and children can choose the classes that interest them most. Each fall and spring session ends with an international mission focus and service project opportunity. No time for dinner? Pizza is available for $1/slice before programming begins.
Coming Fall 2021
Do you have a child who is always singing? This is the place for you! Children practice a variety of hymns and worship songs and perform in various church services throughout the spring. Pizza is available for $1/slice before choir.
