As we come together to celebrate the holidays, we understand this may be a challenging time for many people and we want to provide support. If you are mourning the passing of a loved one this holiday season, you are facing some tough emotions. And due to the nature of Thanksgiving and Christmas - with its focus on family, traditions, expectations, social events and "cheer" - the emotions can blindside you.
