There are opportunities to serve throughout the community at all times during the year. Please contact the person listed if you desire more information or wish to volunteer.

New Hope Mission
New Hope Mission serves the homeless population in Marietta by providing breakfast and a Worship Service each Sunday morning. Volunteers are needed each week to cook, serve and drive shuttles. Marilou Bordonaro: 678-336-3230.

Habitat for Humanity
Habitat First Nail Ceremony was Nov 22. Construction on the townhouse we are building for the Thomas family is on-going through March. For more information contact Marilou Bordonaro: mbordonaro@mountpisgah.org, or 678-336-3230.

The Drake House
The Drake House is a crisis residential assessment center for homeless women and children in the North Fulton area providing immediate housing combined with an empowerment program designed to provide stability for the children and assist the family in working toward self sufficiency.  Volunteers are needed in the following areas: office, food pantry, tour/orientation for new residents, child care (daytime and evening), special event assistant, donation coordinator, tutoring and teachers for life skills classes. www.thedrakehouse.org. Atlanta Urban Ministry
This ministry, part of Action Ministries, assists the poor and homeless through their Children's Ministry, Family Housing Program, Women's Community Kitchen and Emergency Aid Ministry.
