Mount Pisgah Holy Land Tour
Walk in the footsteps of Jesus and experience the Bible come alive in a powerful new way by touring Israel with a small group from May 03-16, 2009. Dr. Bryce Norton leads the tour. Dr. Norton will be available in the Global Center (North Campus) on Sunday Nov 9, 9:00 - 9:30 am and 12:15 - 1:00 pm to answer questions about the trip.

Join Us for a Celebration of Service: Across the Street, Around the World

Have you ever wondered how many lives Mount Pisgah touches through the ministries that it supports here, there, and everywhere? 

Come to the Celebration of Service:  Across the Street, Around the World, and find out!  We'll highlight and learn about our local ministry partners, from Habitat for Humanity to North Fulton Community Charities, as well as welcome our international partners from Costa Rica, India, Kenya, Lebanon, Nigeria, Russia, St. Lucia, and Venezuela. 

Wednesday, November 12, at 6:30 pm the celebration starts with a kickoff service in the South Hall that will feature entertainment by our children and youth, followed by Rev. Jorge Acevedo of Grace UMC, Cape Coral, FL, speaking on "Is the World Still our Parish?"

Saturday night, Nov 15, from 6:00 - 8:30 pm will be the ever-popular Taste of Everywhere, with cultural foods, concerts by the Hispanic Praise Band (featuring Pastor Henry from Costa Rica) and other cultural entertainment.  Tickets go on sale in the Gathering area on 10/26, and space is limited so make your plans today.

Sunday, Nov 16, worship will feature our local and international ministry partners, as Dr. Steve Dodson from Christ Church UMC, Memphis, TN, joins us to speak on "Mount Pisgah Macedonians."  We'll end with a special time of prayer and testimony on Sunday night from 6:00 - 7:30 pm in South Hall.
