You have a plan for the rest of your life. God has a plan for the rest of your life. Are they the same? In Dangerous Surrender Kay Warren goes straight to the heart of the matter: the bottom line is surrender. Giving in to God isn’t easy. It’s not for cowards. It’s the boldest, riskiest step you’ll ever take. Surrender can bring both joy and pain, but it enables you to know God in a far deeper way than ever before. Please join us for this five-week, life-changing study.

The Father so passionately loves you that He sent Jesus to die in your place.  He desires a personal relationship in which He speaks directly to you.  Have you spent most of your Christian life leaning on these beliefs without really experiencing them?  Have you been in the presence of passionate believers who shared stirring encounters with God's voice while your own soul overflowed with confusion?  How did these saints know God was speaking? No blessing surpasses a relationship with God in which you know when He is specifically calling to you.  The more intimate your relationship with Him, the clearer God's voice becomes.

MCPS Moms and Friends: Take It to the Limit

Is your schedule too full and your checking account too empty? Our culture encourages us to live as if we have no limits. So we fill up our schedules and empty our bank accounts—doing, spending, and acquiring as much as we can. But life on the edge means life with no margin, which means there’s no room for error; and that’s a recipe for personal disaster. The consequences are most apparent in our personal relationships, because love, intimacy, and friendship happen in the unstructured, unhurried world of margin. Together in this 8-week study we will explore God’s answer to our self-destructive propensity to live as if we have no limits. Cost: $15 for books and two mission days

When: Mondays, September 15 - November 3, 9:15-11:15am
Where: Room: A020/A021/A022 (South Campus)
Contact: Joan Delk - , 404-234-3734
